At Nexa Nurse, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional community for Clients, Registered Nurses, Care Assistants, healthcare institutions, and corporate organizations.
These Community Guidelines outline the standards of behaviour expected from everyone using the Nexa Nurse Platform. They are designed to promote trust, professionalism, patient safety, and respectful interactions.
By using the Nexa Nurse website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

Every member of the Nexa Nurse community is expected to uphold the following values:

These values help ensure a positive experience for everyone.
3. Treat Everyone with Respect
All users must treat others with dignity and respect.
This includes:
- Clients
- Patients
- Registered Nurses
- Care Assistants
- Family members
- Nexa Nurse employees
- Customer Support representatives
Respectful communication is expected at all times.
4. Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Nexa Nurse has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour.
The following are prohibited:
- Threats
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Intimidation
- Hate speech
- Offensive language
- Sexual harassment
- Physical violence
- Verbal abuse
- Stalking
- Retaliation against users who report misconduct
Any user engaging in abusive behaviour may have their account suspended or permanently removed.
5. Non-Discrimination
Nexa Nurse welcomes everyone.
Users must not discriminate against others based on:
- Race
- Colour
- Ethnicity
- National origin
- Religion
- Gender
- Gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Age
- Disability
- Marital status
- Pregnancy
- Medical condition

Discriminatory behaviour is strictly prohibited.
6. Honesty and Integrity
Users must always provide truthful information.
Do not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Use another person’s identity.
- Submit false qualifications.
- Provide misleading information.
- Make false complaints.
- Submit fake reviews.
- Attempt to deceive other users or Nexa Nurse.
Fraudulent conduct may result in permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
7. Professional Conduct for Healthcare Professionals
Healthcare Professionals must:
- Arrive on time.
- Dress professionally.
- Wear appropriate identification where required.
- Communicate respectfully.
- Work within their professional qualifications.
- Follow accepted clinical standards.
- Respect patient privacy.
- Maintain professional boundaries.
- Decline requests outside their scope of practice.
Healthcare Professionals must never:
- Practice while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
- Falsify patient records.
- Accept bribes.
- Demand additional payments outside the Platform without authorization.
- Neglect patient care.
8. Responsibilities of Clients
Clients are expected to:
- Treat Healthcare Professionals respectfully.
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Respect appointment times.
- Make payments through the Platform.
- Report genuine concerns promptly.
- Cooperate during investigations.
Clients must not:
- Threaten Healthcare Professionals.
- Request illegal services.
- Attempt to avoid Platform fees.
- Submit fraudulent payment disputes.
- Make false allegations.
9. Protect Privacy
Respect the privacy of everyone using the Platform.
Do not:
- Share personal information without permission.
- Record conversations without consent where prohibited by law.
- Publish confidential information.
- Share medical information belonging to another person without authorization.
Healthcare Professionals must comply with all applicable patient confidentiality obligations.
10. Safe Environment
Clients should provide a safe environment for Healthcare Professionals.
Healthcare Professionals should:
- Follow safety procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions.
- Leave any environment that presents an immediate danger to their health or safety.
Nexa Nurse may suspend services where safety concerns arise.
11. Platform Integrity
Users must not interfere with the operation of the Platform.
Examples of prohibited activities include:
- Hacking.
- Unauthorized access.
- Reverse engineering.
- Uploading malware.
- Disrupting Platform services.
- Circumventing security controls.
- Automated scraping without permission.
12. Fair Use of the Platform
Use the Platform only for its intended purpose.
Do not:
- Manipulate search rankings.
- Abuse promotional offers.
- Artificially inflate ratings.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain benefits.
- Circumvent Platform policies.
13. Payments
All bookings initiated through Nexa Nurse must be paid through the Platform unless Nexa Nurse provides written authorization.
Attempts to:
- Avoid Platform fees,
- Arrange undisclosed off-platform payments, or
- Circumvent the payment system
may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
14. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews should:
- Be truthful.
- Reflect genuine experiences.
- Be respectful.
- Avoid offensive language.
Do not:
- Submit fake reviews.
- Pay for reviews.
- Threaten users with negative reviews.
- Exchange incentives for positive ratings.
Nexa Nurse may remove reviews that violate these Guidelines.
15. Fraud Prevention
Users must not engage in:
- Identity theft.
- Fake bookings.
- Fake service confirmations.
- Payment fraud.
- Chargeback fraud.
- Document forgery.
- Misrepresentation.
- Insurance fraud.
- Credential fraud.
Fraud may result in permanent account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.
16. Reporting Violations
If you witness behaviour that violates these Community Guidelines, you should report it as soon as possible.
Examples include:
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Harassment
- Unsafe practices
- Professional misconduct
- Discrimination
- Payment fraud
- Privacy violations
- Fake accounts
Reports should include as much relevant information as possible.
17. Investigations
Nexa Nurse may investigate alleged violations by:
- Reviewing Platform records.
- Examining communications.
- Requesting supporting documentation.
- Contacting the parties involved.
- Consulting regulatory authorities where appropriate.
Users are expected to cooperate fully with investigations.
18. Enforcement
Depending on the severity of a violation, Nexa Nurse may:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove content.
- Restrict Platform features.
- Suspend an account.
- Permanently terminate an account.
- Cancel bookings.
- Withhold payments where permitted by law and applicable policies.
- Report unlawful conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Enforcement decisions are made at Nexa Nurse’s reasonable discretion, taking into account the available evidence and the seriousness of the violation.
19. Appeals
Users who believe enforcement action has been taken in error may submit a written appeal.
Appeals should include:
- The reason for the appeal.
- Supporting evidence.
- Relevant booking or account information.
Nexa Nurse will review appeals and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe.
20. Updates to These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or community standards.
The latest version will always be available on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
